Whiskey Barrel Aged - Clever Girl Blend

Single origin Guatemalan, aged 30 days in a whiskey barrel for rich notes of oak , vanilla, and whiskey.

Named affectionately for the ridiculously oversized velociraptors in the Jurassic Park films, this coffee certainly won't be "lethal at 8 months" as Muldoon says, but it will go stale. Even though it's aged, this process happens before it's roasted, so enjoy it within 2 months of opening the bag.
